Dental Insurance

Our office accepts most insurance plans and we are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith and cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We request that your estimated patient responsibility be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you may be responsible for the entire balance, paid in full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Our office will happily submit your insurance claim at the time of treatment. However, it is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-pay or other balance not paid for by your insurance company.
